John K. Gutierrez founded Gutierrez Studios in 1991 to help people flourish within their spaces. Today, we are a tight-knit team of designers and craftsmen who share a passion for making beautiful things that last. We give as much thought to the form and function of a stool as we do a staircase. Building is in our blood, and we are excited about making anything—from stools, tables, benches, and lighting, to staircases, signage, sculptures, and even trashcans.

G:S provides design, engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation services. In our 20,000-square-foot workshop we bend, cut, shear, form, weld, punch, and otherwise manipulate the finest materials we know: steel, stainless steel, bronze, copper, zinc, aluminum, wood, glass, plastic, and composites. (And if we don’t know it, we learn it.) Whether it’s a one-of-a-kind furnishing for a home or multiple architectural features for a commercial space, we build it here, by hand, one piece at a time. And we build to last a lifetime.
Regardless of a project’s size and scope, we deliver meticulous craftsmanship, personalized service, and a passion for enhancing the built environment.
